The Guild was not the only step I took this year to expand creative infancies, as I have also joined the pre-AP Art team.

I could go on and on about the joys that this course had on me and the true blessing of taking creative liberty and putting forth your own investigations, AP Art was a sort of passion project as well, and I'm excited to continue that journey.

I mention this because through AP Art I took it upon myself to discuss a theme I believed was prominent in my work : "the tragedy of the human condition”, with this I curated a final project that I would have loved to be completed but unfortunately, it all takes time.

It was a piece I am currently working on with my close friend and it explores the idea of home and the lack thereof. The human nature to always “peer through the window” and long for a place where we could say “I am home” was mostly derived from the context of moving away but this art project works alongside my story very well.
